How your dentist is protecting you from cross-contamination.   Cross-contamination (also called cross infection) is a term defined as an inadvertent transfer of bacteria or other contaminants from one surface/substance or subject to another because of unsanitary handling procedures. In short, cross contamination is a spread of microorganisms from one source to another.

The 23rd of April, “Diada de Sant Jordi” (or Saint George’s Day in English) is one of the most important days in the Catalan calendar. We’re going to start with the Legend of Sant Jordi, a story known all over Catalonia, and even though several versions can be found, the basis is the same.

During these troubling times, the future of the dental industry faces many uncertainties in the face of coronavirus.   However, some potential problems can be avoided with the right precautions – including the correct maintenance of practice equipment.
